William Bronk

William Bronk is a departed poet whose work has long fascinated me. His poetry cut me when I first read it and I realized that this style was one I was trying to write in.

Bronk is superb, quiet, thoughtful, and lyrical. I hope someday to write anything as quality.

As it’s National Poetry Month, here is Bronk reading some of his work.

There are been some who’ve written on Bronk‘s work but honestly there isn’t enough.
